System Architecture: Agamotto retains ownership of the underlying orchestration layers and proprietary agent frameworks used to facilitate your digital workforce.

4. Performance & Efficiency Arbitrage

The 90% Goal: While we build for a target of 90% reduction in manual operational costs, actual results may vary based on the quality of provided data and the complexity of your existing workflows.
Managed Excellence: We provide ongoing optimization to ensure your agents evolve, but we do not guarantee specific financial outcomes.

5. Data Security & Privacy

Encryption: Every piece of institutional knowledge is encrypted at rest and in transit.
Zero Public Training: We guarantee that your data is never used to train public AI models.

6. Limitation of Liability

Agamotto provides the tools to eliminate "Admin Rot," but we are not liable for any disruptions caused by third-party platform outages (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle) or changes in third-party AI model availability.

7. Termination

You may terminate your service at any time. Upon termination, your "Company Brain" will be deactivated, and your data remains portable and accessible to you.
